    Need iPhone help

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by OurJud, Sep 9, 2017.

I've just upgraded to the iPhone SE (yes I'm generations behind but I have no time for these football field-sized phones)

Anyway, from the home screen (where all the icons are) if I swipe right (to bring up the page to the left) it brings up a page displaying the time and date. But also on the page are a whole bunch of alerts; news, calender, 'up next', stocks.

Does anyone know how I get rid of these. From what little I've discovered it's called the 'spotlight' page, but no matter what I disable in the settings for this, the alerts are still there.

I want to be able to swipe right and just bring up a page with nothing but the time and date on it.

Never mind - sussed it. You have to scroll through the whole list of crap to the bottom of the screen where you'll find an 'edit' button.
