    What two authors, or anyone really, would you like to see write a book together?

    Of the top of my head, I would say, Stephen King and Jack Ketchum. King for his stories and characters and Ketchum for his writing style.

    Dead or alive?

    I would pick John Bunyan and Sartre. Both are completely different personalities and view of life but both write brilliantly.
