Never have I ever used a needle to get chemically altered. (other than that, my bucket list is pretty blank in that regard)
Never have I ever consumed any drug (in any form) other than what was legally prescribed to me. I'm a fuddy-duddy at heart to the point I won't hang out with someone who is currently under the influence or who is under the influence frequently.
Never have I ever practiced Santeria while drinking sangria and singing Beso de Fuego in the tune of La cockaracha.
NHIE crossed the Atlantic Ocean. I've crossed the Pacific many times, but never the Atlantic. So, NHIE been to Europe.
NHIE: • had a cigar, cigarette, vapor, whatever. I’d rather not kill my lungs, thank you. • Been outside the United States. I’ve been in the Gulf States (not including my own, obviously) and in various New England states, but that’s it. • Driven a motorcycle. No, just...just no. I like having a casing of metal around me, thanks. • Finished the first draft of a story (oh snap! ) • Started a YouTube channel. I mean, I tried, but it kind of fell apart when I saw the amount of work needed.
I think we're playing this game wrong, there's supposed to be a confessional element of drinking involved. Never have I ever eaten a booger. Never have I ever wiped my ass with my bare hand. Never have I ever been charged with a crime. Never have I ever driven a convertible. Never have I ever looked down the barrel of a loaded shotgun. <Iain drinks twice>
So, are we supposed to drink when we have done something someone lists, or when we haven't? Because NHIE played Never Have I Ever as a drinking game.
You're supposed to drink when you have done something someone lists. So if I wanted to get nearly everyone drunk and move ahead in the game, I would say... NHIE had a "dinner and a movie" date. (Which is true. I was engaged at 17 and the guys I've dated since were pretty eclectic.) But on a related note, does taking a bite of rum cake count? Asking for a friend...
I always imagined they must be...that's a lot of time to spend on a first date! I don't feel like I missed out on anything. It's just weird.
Movie and dinner makes more sense. Movies have a fixed duration, so you don't have to rush through dessert, and digestion doesn't make you sleepy in the third act. Plus, you then have something to talk about during dinner.
