Hi all I am happy to join this nice community. My name is Xavier, French, working now in San Francisco in a laboratory of research. I like to write but essentially to spread knowledge (like journalism articles). I've found the best way to get the most out of it is to read your way around, introduce yourself here as you've done - maybe join in a few of the Words Gmes and get yourself known. Find similar pieces to that which you write and offer some of your thoughts, all of this will encourage existing members to offer their thoughts on your work. Welcome Xavier, and I like your literary screen name. We are here to promote all good writing, including non-fiction. Very few people expend as much effort to make nonfiction readable and well-structured as they would for fiction. One look at the newspaper will verify that! But trying out other forms than you are normally accustomed to is also an opportunity you may not want to pass up. Your choice, of course. I'm glad you decided to join us. Have fun!
