There is a new raw bench record, 739.6. Previously held by one of my idols, Kirill Sarychev. It is one of my life goals to one day hold this record. I'll probably end up having to bench 800 raw. Please keep in mind there is a difference between equipped and raw lifting. The equipped bench press record is 1102, that is with the use of a bench press shirt. In raw lifting, there are no compression suits used (that includes squat and deadlift). I am not taking anything away from equipped lifting, an equipped 1000 pound bench or 1200 (yes, 1200) squat is an amazing feat of strength. Anyway, video below.

(weights in pounds) -738 raw bench (previous world record) -143x8 dumbbell curls -292x8 barbell curls -900 squat and deadlift (both raw) -10 clean form pull-ups at 396 bodyweight -closed captains of crush #3 and #3.5 grippers -While training the bench press, he has done - a set of 661 x 5, 440 x 18, and 555 x 9
