    On quoting others.

    I have noticed that when I click on the little box that says "quote" at the bottom, I can quote the original author, but I've noticed also that people are able to do multiple quoting and manipulate the quotes so that they can intersperse their own critiquing in a different color. What little box/icon do I have to click on in order to do that???

    It's the box right next to the "quote" box ["+]. Click that [so it becomes "-] for every post you want to quote and that will quote all of the ones you've selected.

    If you want to do multiple quotes of the same post, then you'll have to put the

    The quote icon looks like a cpmic book speech balloon.

    The FAQ contains a great deal of information about editing posts, including a couple useful tags that don't have icons (but you can type them in).

    So I do it like this? I did this on a comment to my blog, and all I saw were quote brackets.
