Hi all I'm not a writer I'm a I'm custodian for a manufacturing plant. I've been at that job for 7 years and a position might be opening that Id like to apply for. I know that I can do that job. I don't have any college experience, its not required, but the fact that I don't have any makes my resume look unimpressive. I've looked up multiple websites for advice but now feel so overwhelmed that I can't seem to write anything. I'm knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Outlook. I'm innovative and have implemented some things around the plant that proves it. I have the leadership experience form when I ran my business but I already mentioned that in the resume. I don't have any volunteer experiences or important extras like publications, certifications, languages and more. They know me, they see me everyday so this resume is almost a formality but I can't seem to get it finished. any help would be appreciated.
