Morning all, Anybody have recommendations for writing podcasts I can listen to while I do my morning pilates? My new routine is to wake up and do the exercises in my office before I start writing, so I'm looking for something in the 20-30 minute range (but anything enlightening will do). Hopefully, this will stimulate my brain as well as prevent my core muscles from deteriorating as I drag my less-than-healthy ass toward my 40th birthday this summer. Two major back injuries this year have got me serious about getting my shit in order.
