    Please Help... Writing the essay

Discussion in 'General Writing' started by Acfhoxz, Apr 12, 2010.

Hi... My online teacher has given me the homework of preparing an essay on the theme of Psychology.

Now psychology is a broad topic. I am confused on whether or not if I write on the theme as a whole or narrow it down?

Please any ideas or advice submitted is more than welcomed.

How would we know what she meant? Why don't you ask her?

My guess is that she means she wants you to write an essay on a psychology topic of your choice. I'd go to apa.org/topics and choose from one of the topics listed there.

You know I didn't ask her. However, I didn't want to ask a question I felt I should know. At the same time, assuming she thinks we already know what to do too.

    Thank you

We aren't here to help with your homework, sorry. But good luck with the essay.

Just ask her to clarify what she wants. Its better to be a bit embarrassed and end up with a good grade then to be an idiot and get a bad grade. :D

Nothing embarrassing about asking for clarification. Embarrassing is writing a paper that is totally off the mark and gets a failing grade, when all you really needed to do was send a quick email.

    Cheers,
