    We sacrifice a troll in a pentacle with a WF symbol in the centre, whilst reciting the complete Faq in latin.. Each new Moderator then has to go out into the wild armed only with a ban hammer and kill a full grown spamalope, before crafting their own 'mod hat' from its hide. They have to use un tanned hides because we hit something of a problem with the use of brain tanning of the skins because the brain of a spamalope is remarkably microscopic and hard to find.
