    potato and turnip

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by white_rabbit, Jan 8, 2021.

Isn't it better to enjoy good steamed potatoes than turnips? Does the smoothness of the mash not exceed the insignificance of the turnip, which even when prepared with the best ingredients will remain just a puree of turnip? Dig, dig and try to find these wonderful Chinese potatoes that will satisfy the entire culinary world. But beware of the Chinese syndrome and a rise of the red potato tinged with the little book of the same name. Peel the potato, the potato remains, we transfer the peelings to the trash. Remove the shine from a book it stays er? In fact it depends on the publisher and the person who appears on the cover we do not throw in the trash (Stephen King; Connely; Korben ...)
