Practical means of currency for dragons?

    Well, this detail is going to be included since a character gets paid a ton of money in the first chapter...

    He's going to deliver what he's promised.

    And also because the first one was specific to stones and whether or not I should use them. I was losing confidence in them, so I created a new thread asking what I should use for currency (if not stones.) Then I decided to use stones again. Problem solved.

    I don't see any reason at all why you need denominations.

    In terms of how they carry it, at one time rich men used to wear a goodly proportion of their wealth as torcs, bracelets, rings and so forth - given that dragons have long necks, torcs set with precious stones could be a sensible way of carrying wealth
