Here are a few photos I found that might help. They all seem to be asking an unspoken question. The wrinkled brow, raised eyebrows or (conversely) lowered eyebrows in a puzzled frown seem common markers. As is the tilted head. And the hand gesture asking 'what' is also fairly common.
