Well, I checked and it is actually three different people. The same person can't give the same person rep again without giving it to a certain number of people first. I think it's obvious that whoever left the rep co-ordinated it because of the date. Don't let it bother you though.
I knew it had to be impossible for one person. Though I bet Comrade Ivan already knows the three people who might have done it. LP, I don't believe you have much to worry about in the way of flaming though -- he was one of the people going against vigilantism.

I agree. With most of mine I can figure out who gave me them (I still have one negative rep which I can't figure out who gave it to me though...). And I always put my name on rep I give out- but I haven't actually given out any negative rep yet.
Crazy Ivan I gave you a bad rep for your post in my crime // vigilante thread. I gave you that because i disapproved and we have the choice of approved or disapproved. I make no hiding that fact. It was done because your comment was all wrong and immature of not understanding the full upset and grief my friends and family are suffering from that. I will not take it back. And if i risk never receiving good rep again so be it. But I will gladly say I gave you a bout and did not confer with anyone
I think people are putting too much importance in the rep thing. It's supposed to be a bit of fun, and personally, I just use it to reward the people who take the time to read and critique my writing.
Well i see no wrong in bad rep if its done fairly and Panther in his defence has owned up to it. he certainly can't give it again for sometime now. Just make sure you all remember if your to issue bad rep it be done fairly and for a post that warrants bad rep otherwise its done out of spite
If you are going to give bad rep, you should be sure of giving an explanation, and identifying yourself, I think.
yes that is the least you can do. Bad rep can upset members and at least if a name is given then they can make an understanding of the bad rep.
Alright, looking back on this, I realize my post was insanely whiny. I apologize for getting disgruntled over nothing. Reputation doesn't really matter to me; I should know better. However, Banzai has picked out the one grain of fact from my annoying complainathon: If people left notes on who gave reputations, it would probably cut down on paranoia/general disgruntlement.
I am certainly not bothered by reputation its best to just post in threads this Rep thingy is worthless anyway.
It means someone added to your reputation here on WF Probably for the short story you posted. You can give people both positive and negative reputation as far as I know. I assume you received positive See the little weights underneath my name, between the dot and the report symbol? That allows you to add to someone's rep
That means that someone has either given you a good or bad reputation mark. It is a simple way of others showing that they dis approve of what you have said or it is appreciated.
Good is green, bad is red, and neutral is grey. I still have yet to figure out what the grey ones actually mean...
Grey is from a member that hasn't made enough posts or been here for long enough to give a rep point that counts yet. From what I can gather anyways.
