    Lol. That's a good one Alice.

    If you take out the letters in the sentance "all unnecessary letters', then you are lft with letters spelling out "a logical sentance". That about right?

    Yeah. xD

    If you can't figure out the first one I'm gonna use that to trick everyone! xD

    I shall not be thwarted!

    Riddle#7:

    A murderer is condemned to death. He has to choose between three rooms. The first is full of raging fires, the second is full of assassins with loaded guns, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in 3 years. Which room is safest for him?

    That's an easy one Alice - The one with the lions, since they would all be dead.

    But the others prior were great. Where did you find them..?

    Ah yes, I'd better ask a riddle too:

    I have a very well-made barrel I wish to half-fill with water, but I have nothing to measure with... Neither volume nor height nor length.

    How do I do it..?

    The Spartan, I got them from Riddlenut.com. =)

    If you tip the barrel on it's edge it will be half full when the liquid touches the lip and covers the base of the barrel..

    Damn you, He's absolutely right folks.:)

    Okay another that I made up myself. You might try it at home.

    I fill the sink with water, up almost to the brim. I have no plug, nor anything else that would serve as a plug. In fact there is nothing within reach at all.

    How do I stop the water running away..?

    *She.

    xD

    Yay! I'm not an expert in measuring... I just have a way of remembering stuff that I probably will never need to use...

    Riddle#8?:

    What is it that when you take away the whole, you still have some left over?

    Run the tap as fast as the water is leaving the sink?

    Or put your hand in the plug hole. xD

    It is something to do with your hand, but not using it as a plug - water would still slip away through your fingers.

    You don't have to leave the tap running. But you will eventually get tired.

    Put your hand in the water and swill it around at a constant speed? I'm only saying that because you said it would make you tired. xD

    Close enough - If you swirl the water around swiftly enough, centripetal force keeps it clear of the plughole, and none runs out.

    A dozen Royals gathered round,
    Entertained by two who clowned.
    Each King there had servants ten,
    Though none of them were also men.
    The lowest servant sometimes might,
    Defeat the King in a fair fight.
    A weapon stout, a priceless jewel,
    The beat of life, a farmer's tool.

    What is it talking about?

    A bit easy, I know, but it's all I can think of at the moment.

    Right you are, Alice :)

    A headless man had a letter to write;
    It was read by a man who’d lost his sight;
    The dumb repeated word for word;
    The deaf was he who listened and heard.

    That's a tough one... Is there a lot of double meaning to it?

    Riddle#9:
    Old Mr. Tidy was found dead in his study by Mr. Fiend. Mr. Fiend recounted his dismal discovery to the police. "I was walking by Mr. Tidy`s house when I thought I would just pop in for a visit. I noticed his study light was on and I decided to peek in from the outside to see if he was in there. There was frost on the window, so I had to wipe it away to see inside. That is when I saw his body. So I kicked in the front door to confirm my suspicions of foul play. I called the police immediately afterward." The officer immediately arrested Mr. Fiend for the murder of Mr. Tidy. How did he know Mr. Fiend was lying?

    I can tell you if you want. You're still overcomplicating it.

    The answer is nothing :p

    Observe:

    A headless man had a letter to write;
    The letter was O, or 0; AKA nothing.

    It was read by a man who’d lost his sight;
    A blind man can't read anything, therefore he reads nothing.

    The dumb repeated word for word;
    Same deal really, he/she repeated nothing.

    The deaf was he who listened and heard.
    And again. The deaf person heard nothing.

    How about this one then:

    A mother's child, a father's child, but no one's son am I. Who am I?

    Is it a girl?

    And the riddle about the murder is frustrating...I've never been good at those.
