Prevail is not a transitive verb. You are using it as a transitive verb with my power is the direct object. This is why Word is not happy.
needs to be simply 'prevail' or 'prevail over my power'... or suchlike... but 'embezzlement' doesn't seem to make any sense, either... post the lines before and after, to give us the context...
i dont think you need to let a machine tell you what to do. if it feels 100 percent right to you. then leave it. if not, then think about it i guess.
Word spellcheck is far from perfect, but it's worth considering it's suggestions, just in case they have merit (even if nine time out of ten it won't).
Embezzlement? Did you just Right Click > Synonym 'cheating' or something?! Then, did you put the sentence on a stick & dip it in hot cheese?

Then it hangs together grammatically, but I'm still not sure it means anything -- it reminds me of the Chomsky's "Colourless green ideas sleep furiously".
