Hi! I'm probably a pretty awful writer. I've been scribbling ideas & story structure on & off for a long time. Finally, I've resolved to learning more & committing more to my growth in it...so, here I am! That's me.
None of us start good writers. Usually, the ones who think they are really good are the worst. Writing takes time and if you are looking to improve, this is a great place for advice. Welcome!
Joe's right, with writing we only get better by doing. The ones who know they need to learn usually end up ....er... learning something, heh. Welcome to the forums!
generally, i want to write scripts (probably cliche) but I've actually written one before (unproduced), but I just started doing some short stories to help practice. since i like the script/screenplay structure, I also consider writing a comic book/graphic novel. It's a shame I can't draw tho.
It's a shame I can't draw tho. Nah, you just get to provide a starving artist with a gig someday. You can also still learn to draw.
