I am writing about a Greek woman and an American who meet in Chania in Crete just after the war. It is hard to find any information about who would have stayed after the war what would have happen to them etc. I also would like to know more about what Crete would have been like at that time. I've learned some things, but not much about the day to day life of the people in the late 40's Would love to hear any ideas or if there is someone out there who was on the island of Crete during the war that would be great too.
