When you write do you have any particular songs that form the backdrop to your book or almost tell your story? While writing the 5th chapter of my first story, 2 days ago, I just had Whitney Houston's "The Bodyguard" OST on repeat. Most of the times, when I write, I like to listen to slow songs/ballads and instrumental songs.
Yeah I do the same as Silviu. I listen to different styles of music when i´m writing. I choose the style that´s the most appropriate for the type of scene i´m planning on writing. I can´t really write without music :redface:
I'm the same, I mostly listen to 'Third Day' and 'Casting Crowns'. They're Christian bands and although I can't stand the preaching type, most of their music is subtle but thought provoking, moving and definitely inspiring.
