Rules: Take the word from previous poster and either eliminate letters that follow each other or add letters in sequence to form a new word. Example: Poster 1: owl Poster 2: owlet Poster 3: let Poster 4: letter Poster 5: let Poster 6: outlet Poster 7: outhouse Poster 8: thou Poster 9: though Poster 10: tho
Ok. Let me reiterate the rules. Any letters added have to be in order. No inserting letters here or there in previous word... so: spin: spinster is ok spin: spring is not (because r and g are not in one-after-another order). The previous word cannot be broken up.
ASPIRE doesn't include ABLE ABLE: BEARABLE, PALATABLE, etc... The example I included in the first post should make it easy enough to understand
*sigh* I'm not intending to get on your bad side here - the post with able wasn't there when I responded to what preceded it, ok?
ASPIRE wouldn't have worked anyways because it doesn't include all of the letters of SPIN. You can either eliminate letters or add them, not both...
good game. Just er . . . not to take anyone's side here, but in wishing's defense, in the example "outhouse" you both eliminated and added letters.
Oh yeah. Haha, I guess you're right. What... you trying to pick a fight? Outta sight! Anyone got a light? lol... I guess I made rules I didn't intend to... well however it goes then... old- fold
