Alright, since I'm temp. captain I made an unnamed NPC and sent him to spread the word that I'm going to address the crew. So you guys might want to work that into your posts somehow.
Damn guys, you need to add some more description into your posting. What does the scene look like? Who's all there? What does your character look like? How does he feel? Happy? Sad? Angry? All questions that a writer must ask him/herself. RPG's are supposed to improve writing, so please try to improve your posts, because honestly they are coming across to me as victims of the deadly floating head phenomenon.

Sorry, I kind of meant the speech to be a bit bigger, but I just couldn't really figure out what to put in it. I'm not overly familiar with where EssentialWriter is sending the story, so running the RPG is a bit difficult.
Chickidy, I think you need to check up on your posts. The year in this RPG is 1308. You say a lot about guns and having a sports coat, but that's more modern stuff. I'm sure there's some rifles and stuff on the ship, but most the the armaments are probably spears, swords, et cetera.
I always thought steam punk was like all about guns and cannons and crazy **** like that. Besides, the suit has been around forever, so you can't hold that against me.
I'm trying to leave the possibility for a kraken or something, just because EW mentioned it in his description. Not saying ther ehas to be one, but if EW confirms there will be one, at least we'll have some build up to it. Also, when EW gets back, I'd like a description of our vessel so I can more accurately describe Hank's reaction to it all as well as give better descriptions of where he is.
