Would someone please tell me what an ASBO is?

 

Anti-Social Behavioural Order.

It's basically a court order in Britain that means you're a twat. Unfortunately, the twats consider it a badge of honour.

 

That got a serious bark of laughter out of me. We don't use that word much in the states, and only really as a vulgar term for a lady's... lady parts.

 

Yes, it means that here too. But it also means...well, you posted the picture.

 

Eee, you'd be surprised of how little you have to do to get an ASBO-13 here (like a warning, if you get three of them, you get an Asbo). I think I'm already on number two. :S Good job I told the police I was called Sarah Cartright and I lived at 23 Faraway Road. Seriously.

And that ASBO picture made me laugh. Mainly because I am sure I know two of the lads on it, but still.



EDIT: Actually I don't like that picture. It is funny, yes, but promoting the idea that anyone who dresses like that is a, as Banzai put it, a twat. All people who dress like that aren't idiots, just for the record, it's a minority.
