I went to take a photo of the dog and she barked and startled herself, so I laughed and took a picture after she ran away.

I've done very little work today, holy shit.

20200407_221505-2448x1836.jpg Adorning my basement hideout with DryLok. I screwed up and put too much red oxide in it, but that's what I get for starting with a marked down mistint.

And it's actually my workshop. Lame attempt at humor.

And it's not really orange. The color's more a muddy pink.

It's actually a great earth color (salmon?) for low daylight/basement. The sterile blue-tone lighting is what is killing the effect. If you do any vid, it'll cast green. Get some led-tubes with less blue light. :)
Those shop lights are great for polishing cars, though.

Just me chillin' with an old electron microscope today. Surveys are a bit boring.

You should see it opened up with the panels off. It has appendages and whatnot sticking out to look quite menacing!

Well, if the robots were ever going to revolt, now would be the time. I would welcome it at this point.

As @Dogberry's Watch watch is already here, I'll just quote my old post. :)

For @Malisky, a picture of me that's old enough and blurry enough to preserve my anonymity but still blow your mind:

A bit twee / obvious / cliched, but the only decent picture I got on my trip out today. The ironic thing about photography is you go out looking for pictures and you'll find nothing. But go on a stroll empty-handed and photographic opportunities will present themselves at every turn!

Who needs to go to the expense of getting film developed when you can get the look yourself using software?

This bruise was somehow acquired in my collapse on Monday. I went from sitting on the floor to laying on my back, and somehow did this to my right elbow.

I also have a lump on the back of my head which is still tender. Couldn't get a shot of that though, as it's hidden within my hair.

Technically yes, but I already get mistaken for a man at times. Plus I have a lot of grotesque cysts all across my scalp, which I'm not eager to display.
