Hello world. From my next novel, I have the ambition to put my main character in relation with one of him friends who is selling Epitaph to live. I know the idea is a bit macabre. But this is the idea of the roman, an wanderer who is seeking for a purpose in a world only seeking for "cool". So, I already have some idea of funny epitaph to put in the novel, but I'm in lack of idea and if any of you have any good word, It would be my pleasure to collect them. Actually the good puns that will be in the novel are : </life> for an informatician Sorry, that's my dust for someone cremated Bring me some beer, no more flower ! My last house is the more expensive I've ever had Hush Perish ? I prefer dying ! Finally alone And some other that can't be translating. So, if by any hazard you have some time and idea, come, be my guest
There's a bench here on the promenade. One day every year a loose bunch of flowers sits in one corner until they blow away. It always upsets me, it's only a schlock dedication but I find the words touching and evocative. I wish I could remember the words exactly, it's only something basic like - 'Our Sally, 1980-2011. A wooden bench with a lovely view. In our hearts forever, Dad, Mum, Patrick and Johnny.' For no good reason at all I picture a struggle, exhaustion, defeat, and the fade away. I'll take a photo next week. There must be more to this! All the other benches read 'Arthur and Doris walked this prom 1898-2018...' Benches, eh..
