Thank you for letting us know and I hope work calms down for you. As for Elias, we could merely write him out of the story since he only had 1 post. I think that works better than taking over the character of making him an NPC. On another note, I am sure @Louanne Learning's character could call someone else. Anyway, thank you again and feel free to read along as we write this.

How long, I haven't played a RolePlay.
Many years ago I managed one via email.
You're tempting me...

 

Would love to welcome you to the game.

 

Ok i try:

Name: Lev Kee

Sex: Male

Age in human years: 45/50 (vampire years unknown)

Personal vampire Power: He can heal himself, if he gets hurt.

A brief description of appearance: (no pictures, please.) Gray hair, dark eyes, height 185. Taciturn, speaks little.
A short character bio/backstory: He doesn't remember his past, he doesn't know who he is. He discovered he was a vampire, by chance, but avoids any questions, about how he discovered he was a vampire.

Other notes: He has a strange tattoo, on his arm, that depicts the Hydra.

At the moment I believe we're waiting for @Sledge's response. There are no 'turns' per say, but there is a story flow to follow.

However, feel free to make an opening/introduction post for your character!

 

Welcome to the Roleplay. Maybe Lev can slowly figure out who he is during his story arc. And what is the Hydra tattoo about? I am curious to know as the GM, so no one is caught off-guard by new powers or anything. Anyway, welcome to the roleplay and if you have questions about vampires, feel free to ask. Vampires drink blood and avoid the sun that will burn them to a crisp.

Tbh, I'm a little lost. I'm happy to write us forward in the general thrust of things, but I don't want to do it wrong. Can someone give me a 2-second summary of where we are and where we're headed? Should I write us into a supernatural party somewhere in a sort of time-period castle, a la the vampire castle in Skyrim? Not sure how to proceed, but willing to push forward.

 

I think the characters are as such:

Molly and Variel will be meeting at the park next to plan Caster’s deathday.
Molly needs to talk to Clavio and is calling him.
Variel is about to talk to Caster.
Caster is waiting outside Variel’s house in his limo.
I believe Clavio is in a bar dancing.

So, I would wait to move the story forward. There is much to plan before the party.

I just posted to the official thread. My call with Clavio was interrupted by police banging on the door of the shipping container where Molly keeps her hostage.

I was wondering if you want to be written into this scene?

@Gravy - can vampires transport across distances in an instant?

 

@Louanne Learning I honestly want to say 'no'. Because that would mean people have more than 1 power. Also, because I am curious what will happen with the police. However, I know that a side-plot with Molly being arrested would delay the birthday plot. Is it possible that Molly can't transport in an instant. However, isn't there a door to the shelter out back? She could open it to the Vampire World and escape. However, I am unsure how long it she would be in exile.

Given there are a lot of different possibilities, I am going to politely say no.

ANNOUNCEMENT

With all of the hurricanes going on, I am extending the time between posts. Right now, it's 30 days and I sent out a few reminders. However, I will extend it to November 1st, regardless of the last date of posting. I hope you are all safe, dry and well. If you are currently active in the roleplay in a scene with someone currently away, please have some patience and we will continue once things have settled down.​

 

ANNOUNCEMENT

It is past November 1st. (In all honesty, I was busy with work this week.) So, the roleplay will continue. Please post and anyone who has not posted by Sunday November 10th will be thought to have left the story. Hence their characters will be written out and the story will continue. @Louanne Learning @Sledge @trevorD @Angy

If you wish to leave this roleplay, you can still join for any others that are created. Hopefully we will have a wonderful reunion and have a fun time at a vampire birthday party.

Current character locations:
Clavio: Went to go see what was happening at Molly's house. Is headed to the park to meet with Variel about the party.

Molly: Currently under siege by the police who found her backyard human storage shed.

Caster: In a limo outside of Variel's house.

Variel: Just knocked on the window of Caster's limo to see what he wanted to discuss.

P.s. If we as a group wish to try another type of roleplay instead, I am willing to brainstorm a new concept, etc. I know sometimes a roleplay just loses that spark.

Hello, I've just posted to the original thread. Molly was surprised by someone she knows who had been pretending they were the police.

Thanks! Glad to have you here! Anyway, I would say wait a day or two and see if anyone replies. Then, if no one claims that character by the 10th, you can just play him. (I can if you wish, as well.)
