Paul Buchanan - Mid Air: Jon Boden, Sam Sweeney, Ben Coleman - How Long Will I Love You: I really like this film, and the soundtrack.
Is it weird that as a lame, slightly hippy, middle aged guy I like this song. Not so keen on most of her stuff but also a fan of Bury a Friend.
I also stumbled upon her Wish You Were Gay which is decent. I like the jazzish style and the use of background sound effects, and it's better in lyrics than some of the really vanilla love songs out there that are just "I love you" with no particular twist.
She kinda reminds me of Grimes. Not exactly but something in her style. Maybe because they are self made? Idk.
I am a big fan of that man. Shame he left The Chilis. I can't say I like the weird singing in it though, but the guitar is beautiful.
This is the song I want played at my funeral, cos it's awesome and beautiful. The Verve-Bittersweet Symphony:
I'd not seen this video until today, although I already knew the song. Enjoy. Black Label Society-A Love Unreal:
Agreed 100%. Beautiful guitar, beautiful lyrics but his broken voice is just too much. He has got feeling but his voice is just... Not suited.
Cos I heard the first one on the radio and had a very enthusiastic miming session. The second one was mentioned, but not actually played. Bon Jovi-Living On A Prayer: Bon Jovi-You Give Love A Bad Name:
I'm a huge RHCP fan, so naturally I'm pretty biased, but I think that Stadium Arcadium is their best album to date that I've heard. The skills these guys have is just fucking awesome. Red Hot Chili Peppers-Torture Me:
Keeping with the Punk Rock theme. Rise Against is one of my favorite bands. One of my favorite songs. (both versions)
My two songs from this morning was my mood then. That ....shifted so two new songs. The Bob Dylan version is great to but this one fit better with the punk vibe. Technically funk ig but the punk spirts there. Another favorite band. Of course, if I`m gonna post Rage I should put in what might as well be their theme song.
