This is simultaneously the best and worst NFC Championship game I've ever seen. Nothing makes sense anymore.

You arn't kidding. I'm not sure what to make of it.

Going to be a, what if game for the Bears i feel. Especially when you look at how points where scored and when.

Refs have been the Packers best players this half. Terrible call on the 'grounding' play, and massive no call in the secondary.

Yeah it was a big call. It was 50/50, but there was a player running onto the spot, so tough call.

This game will probably drizzle to nothing, but i think the bears have found a new QB. Sure he got an intercept, but under this pressure, third string....who would have figured.

If anyone was going to get a TD, it was Hainie.

lmao, can't believe I'm saying that. Either way, his in a situation he can't really lose.

Edit - Well, happen's to the best. He tried and did better then the other's that came before him.

He did well. Terrible call on 3rd down, and good play by the secondary on 4th. At least it was exciting for a little while. Bears will be asking what might have been all offseason, if Hanie had started.

Hanie might get some offers soon.

    Steeler V Jets Game.

Not that nervous actually. Hope they make it. I mean we wont a decent Superbowl.

With the second half of the recent game, I'm thinking they could have a chance.

Enjoy the next two weeks, few things in sports as exciting as a team in the Superbowl

Edit: I think it's up in the air as well. Will be interesting to see how both offenses in the AFC game attack those defenses.

It's okay, making the superbowl is the main thing. being crushed will just be part of the experience.

Seriously though, you have to feel there is some special thing going on here with Green Bay. They were so close to being out of it such a long time ago. it almost feels GB are meant to win it this year.

It's going to be a tough game.

You might know, i've lacked confidence in thr Steeler's all year. Might be an AFC champtionship game, but to be honest, i wouldn't say it rrally has been a top year for the Steeler's. If they get beat, it wouldn't suprise me at all. Rather lose here, then the Superbowl.

I have to keep my partner updated as well. She's going for the Jets.

Embarrassing start for the Jets defense. Out of position, stupid penalties, awful tackling... Couldn't have been much worse. If Sanchez throws an int, this could be over early.

My thoughts on Q1 - Jet's not wanting this game half as much as the Steelers. So far it has been about the NYJ sloppiness, half heated attempts, over anything the Steelers have done.

    And another idiotic penalty....

Edit: Bad call from Pittsburgh- they've been running them over all day, why go with a fancy play there? Nice stop from the Jets though, finally.

Sorry for the double post, but it needs a post on it's own.

This game is very, very disappointing. Yeah I'm happy that the Steeler's are doing well on the board, but the NYJ today are almost a joke. What the hell have they done thats good. Anything yet?

Jets are better as a loud, obnoxious team. Why they decided to be quiet this week, I'll never know. They are also terrible when trailing in games, so of course they kicked off to start the game. But ultimately only one team was ready to play today. Professional football players should be able to at least make tackles, and that's just not happening today for the Jets defense.

edit: At least this Dolgopolov/Soderling match has been interesting.

    Kvitova does it again.

Now hopefully the Jets can score here and make it interesting...

Well, the early game established this as a pretty weird day for football.

All i can say is at least time is coming off the clock.

17-0 run though blows, or could. Still 10- 0 as i type this.

EDIT - Yes sir, show us that iron wall defense.
