    Censorship

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by trailer trash, Sep 29, 2006.

Please consider the following question and contact the admin with your suggestion about this issue.

Do you think adult language, or content should be censored?

I say no. I do not believe in censorship myself. I believe a writer should be able to write a story however they wish, and then it is up to the reader based on a notice of adult content to decide if they want to read the work.

Attention: I am not talking about porn here. I think porn belongs on the thousands of sites that cater to it, and not here at writersforum organization.

I dont agree with censoring it here at all. I am an adult writing adult stories..not porn or erotic fiction..just normal stories and in the course of my normal every day life i hear people swear and I include that in my writing..

I dont prefer to be part of a touchy feely kind of thing when it comes to writing. Its expression and I dont think censorship is necessary but then again..how do u determine who is to judge what is appropriate and innappropriate content?

exactly porn stays out of this site. I am all for no censorship because it adds feeling to your story and It is necessary in some books.
