Time to write for Christmas yet?

Discussion in 'Setting Development' started by Bobby Burrows, Oct 24, 2018.

Or, should we have been doing this last July?

I'd like to make an arctic village populated by international versions of Santa and other Christmas Holiday characters.

It will be diverse, because of it's like a global village of Santas.

And, the story could be day to day life in the lead up to Christmas, featuring references to global Christmas traditions.

Not sure if I want to aim it at the adult market, but I want these Santas all living in the same community and some of their houses being made out of ginger bread and sugar coated.

A red Santa is public domain right?
**Yeah... I'm probably over thinking that.

Only if they get napalmed in the end. That's the most unpleasant setting I can think of. Actually might be literary gold.
