That doesn't make sense. How would we ever make technological progress? When was a rocket to the Moon first imagined?
Was a rocket to the moon imagined before the first fireworks? We make technological progression by adding on to what we already know. Did somebody just think up atoms and poof! we everything is made of atoms?

You mean everything is happening based on a former supernatural determination (and action) and nothing is changeable in this compulsory destiny. If we think it is an absolute thing, it will be not so. Yes, some destinies have been specified formerly and are not changeable, like dying animals and destruction of objects. But some destinies are changeable by human and you can find a lot of instance for this issue
