Two protagonists

    I can think of a few popular books that have more than one protagonist. Take The Green Mile for example, it has John Coffey and Paul Edgecomb. Then look at Lord of the Rings trilogy, it has a whole group of protagonist. It's just a matter of giving each protagonist a fair share of time at the forefront while they are working towards the same goal.
