I voted for the one that made me laugh out loud - dark humour :) I’m still smiling thinking about it now! Haha!

I'm not going to lie, this vote distribution is a little suspicious.

    My vote

TBH, I wasn’t going going to vote on this one as a few of the other stories were quite impressionable and it was hard to choose. But then I kinda went away and decided to vote for the one that left imprints on my memory the most afterward. It came down to two:

    1. Orgglok the Brave - This was a pretty funny story and made excellent use of the prompt. Orgglok is probably a barbarian or something and still just the candidate they’re looking for. That raised a chuckle at the end.

    2. The Results Are In! - This story played to the idea how people’s entire lives are exposed to talk shows and an audience for the sake of some cheap entertainment. Discovering whether you’re the true father of a kid or not is a very important moment and not something anyone wants to share with an apathetic audience. Yet, this story is a reflection on talk shows like this overall and whether or not it’s humane that they make a show of situations like this.

Consequently I felt that a slightly bigger point was made by the second and so my vote goes to The Results Are In!

There were plenty other great stories beside the two I’ve chosen. And it’s interesting the votes are scattered the way they are at the moment as there’s probably very little in these and everyone seems to have a different favourite. It would be interesting to know why people have voted as they have. But that’s all up to the voter!

I had to read two of them a few times as I could not decide. That was a fun theme.
