What are these sleeves called?

    I read that caption, but I'm pretty sure those sleeves are different from the ones I want to describe. Those are indeed shaped like trumpets and bells, but the ones above in the Waterhouse painting, since I am trying to evoke the Victorian aesthetic, are not hollow. I don't know if that requires a different name? I would be happy to call them trumpet sleeves, but... maybe I will include many types of sleeves, now that I have been introduced to their full variety. I'm not as agonized over this as I'm making it seem, lol.

    Not hollow as in baggy? Empty?
    what ive read just today, it says that the sleeves evolved to become more form fitting but still flared out from the elbow or wrist. Its always worn over something. I didnt pay attention to what was worn underneath, though.
