It's so easy. Even a caveman can do it!

Woke up this morning, decided to get my matcha on... Glad I did. :)

I forgot how good this stuff is/makes you feel.

I liken it to a drug that Japanese people can't get enough of that both makes you awake/alert but also calm and collect all at the same time...
    Love it.

Plus, IDK, it's like a super food, and I forgot/but now remember what it feels like in your system/it feels good. :)

    Matcha.

As for night and day is different in Iran and America let me to say what I cooked for lunch! LOL

I cooked chicken stew again without any other food stuff ! Just chicken, onion, turmeric, salt, red pepper powder, juice of sour grape. I'm waiting to be cooked, then the first thing that I will do is that to drink a ladle of its delicious hot water, it is energetic and joyful!

Oh my God, my food was burned!!

As I was writing some comments, I payed no attention to the food neglectfully, it was burned and a part of the chicken changed into coke!!

    Excitement in the domestic chamber:

    'My green curry..'

'Your green curry, I love your green curry.'

    ...

    'Ready!'

'Baby, green curry, I love your green curry. I was worried in case it might be...'

'Not the other green curry. It is this green curry with the sliced tomatoes.'

    'Mmmm, I am so happy..'

Hmm - words that fill my diary with other engagements when someone invites me round for food:-

    1) "I make a mean spag-bol"

(edit - 2) anything to do with ****** courgettes...)

Oh i'm an idiot. coke coke

It's like one of those dreams, 'and when I removed the cheese on toast from under the grill it had transformed into 3 grams of cocaine and nice little bag of weed to take off the edge, y'know. Maybe that was in the cupboard?'

'Then what happened, a fascinating dream?'

'We snorted coke for hours, it had no effect. The whole dream we were arguing about this...It is my recurring dream since the half pound of flour incident '92...

back on thread... after being fed well on Wednesday I had a couple of days of poached egg on toast and cheese sandwiches, thought i had better make the effort today so have a big bowl of chicken and chunky veg going down

    upload_2018-11-24_14-16-49.png

the chicken thighs run a lovely stock over the potato, red onion and carrot, lift the chicken off and stew the veggies in the stock for another hour or so. Probably add a small cauliflower that is lurking in the fridge too. (also, I roasted an aubergine as the oven was on and there's always room for a roast aubergine somewhere in my life!)

    Yes, I did mean charcoal.

I had to separate the burned part from the chicken and recooked it. It became very delicious and had a flavor like coal!!

A little bit of char (burned area) is good for flavor, that's why Americans like grill marks on their steaks.

I added mozzarella to my beef patties I made tonight.

I also had oven wedges from Iceland or Lidl. I think maybe the latter, probably the former though.

I'm not a huge fan of chicken in stew, but I always give the meat a good solid sear before adding the rest of the stew when I make it.

    Bread for me tonight.

Gluten-free naan bread to be precise. I have foolishly invited over twenty people for curry after Christmas and no.1 son's girlfriend is coeliac so having to make the bread with gluten-free flour which is a kind of refined sawdust as far as I can tell. I am hoping that practice will make perfect but I suspect that using the right ingredients has a better chance...

My niece can't have gluten, and all I can say is good luck. If it makes you feel better, as far as things she can eat go, it's going to be fantastic.
