Was a bit of a mental health day so macaroni and cheese was made for all it`s warm and gooey comfort. Still need to start meal planning again at some point. Found apple infused chicken sausages the other day. Excited about those, might actually be tomorrows meal.

not really cooking but some things never go out of style; hot focaccia (bought) with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a beer...

last night was chicken thighs with a black bean side mixed with onions and peppers. Tonight, don't think we are cooking. But I am looking forward to short ribs in the crock pot this weekend!

Made a nice pot of chili today. It’s cold and gloomy, I figured it would be a good chili day.

A bagel toasted in the oven and topped with cream cheese, and a mug of green decaf tea.

I definitely could have eaten better today but it was one of those days when it was that or a handful of something super unhealthy. ETA: And M&Ms aren't a good dinner.

Today I cooked " Shekar polo & Ghimeh!" ( sugar + rice + saffron+ thin orange peel & slit pea + lamb). The rice has a sweet taste but the stew has a salty-sure taste.

I don't usually eat fish, but when I do its grilled salmon with sauteed mushrooms/peppers in Chinese hot oil (homemade myself, has peanuts in it). Rice could be involved should my stomach demand more substance.

Working the arts center again tonight, so getting a on the house chicken wrap for dinner like I do. Throughout the day though, I made a great salemni melt, and pumpkin spice cookies.

Possibly a TV dinner. I'm in the mood for unpronounceable things.

White Castle has a limited time only Sloppy Joe that they serve with Cheese and a Pickle on it. That's outrageous. I can sort of see cheese but not for me, but pickle??? Of course you can say no to them when ordering.
