Watching Casablanca and considering having some Cointreau like Ingrid Berman and Paul Henreid order in this scene (but somehow they end up drinking something else). I watch this movie every time it's on because its black and white lighting and cinematography are just gorgeous.

    ETA: I did have a Cointreau. :)

Heating yesterday's spittle on the hob. Apparently it's the way to go, macrobiotic. Warm and gargled lumps, I feel refreshed already.

Drinking the three potions of my mamaligma of a concept- steadfast, gambit and half ass. I usually overindulge in the last one because its taste is mild compared to the vermicide's poisons... With a cravat and a stupid man-hat.

I'm trying to write a letter by hand but both the pen died and I don't want to change the ink in the middle of the thing. I left the good one at work :superwhew:

This is what I get for trying too hard...

This is Nature's way of telling you your husband ought to be doing the cooking and you ought to be doing the sleeping. Actually, I can help with the sleeping part. There's a lot of sleeping to be done, and somebody has to do it. I volunteer. :p

Peeing in the snow. I wrote my wife's name on the off-chance somebody sees it and thinks she did it.

Writing while sipping down coffee and watching YouTube videos using my PS4. Watching videos on a very interesting and disturbing individual.

Also trying to remember movies from the 80s and 90s that I watched but f*** all if I know what they are called

I got a call at 11pm, 'I'm in danger, they're going to beat me up...'

I raced up the road in my pyjamas and heavy boots. There he is with his guitar. Six elderly gents across the road, my fists clenched to kill them.'

    'It's not those guys, Dad.'

    ...

Takes hours for the chemicals to drain out the man-system, pfff. calm down, dear.

I'm about to go in and make coffee, and God knows I need it, because at first glance I thought @John-Wayne 's post said something about stripping down while drinking coffee.

ETA: Also, starting my day with a little Alice Cooper.

    edited a typo

Racking my brains to give my short story the "serious development" it needs while coming down with a cold, so went back to the kitchen for a second helping of bread, cheese and cured meat. All three points are related.

Was just working on my memoir. Got another 1,000 words in. I'll probably work more on it later. Just ordered some food to be delivered here. I was feeling too lazy to cook tonight or even to go pick food up. I know I shouldn't be spending money like this. I'm not a big spender, but food is my weakness!

I hear people send themselves flowers more often than you think. Might be a little
strange if you have a custom note to yourself sent with them though.
Think of it as the flowers are the expensive part, and you get a free vase out of the deal. :superagree:

I'm making a birthday card/present wrapping thing for my mother. I started this out way too late and now it's past the time I'd usually go to bed and my body is screaming at me. I'm leaving early in the morning, so I won't have time to finish it tomorrow :(
