Well Konrad Curze is work friendly, and he flayed people alive,
    also worse. :p
So I think you are safe in terms. and that is based upon WH 40K Standards. :)

Digging into Asian mythology. Apparently I can skeet by on my Pokemon-esque character since the critter she resembles is based on a mythological creature

No, an Absol, but that one's based on Bai Zei, so as long as I don't specifically say "she's like Absol", I'm in the clear

Unfortunately for him, in the melding he missed out on the horse-sized anatomy of the masculine kind.

Writing a manual for a machine and few pieces of software at work. Giving thanks for the beautiful piece of software known as Scrivener. Tried using MS Word at first, but when you start throwing multiple subsections, tables, images, page breaks, etc. into a single .docx file, the clutter accumulates quickly.

In addition, iPads are finally getting mouse support, USB drive compatibility, and proper file management with the upcoming iPadOS release. Long overdue, but welcome nonetheless.

I've re-read all of my writings (notes, drafts, doodles, whatevers) and I think it's high time I started writing again. Some new ideas popped up. Can't wait to sink in my cold, snowy world while it's 38 degrees celsius outside. It's hard you know!

I want to go there. Hang out with the penguins. And the seals. And the Orcas. We could sign a treaty and have a lovely tea party.

Trying to dry off and warm up whilst eating homemade chocolate cake, after dawdling home in the downpour. But I got some good shots, and I'm happy enough despite the weather and that's what counts. Also, discovering that my internet hasn't run out after all, and so catching up on here.

The adage, "You get what you pay for " is no longer an accurate means of measuring quality. A cheap or cheaper price doesn't always mean crap, and a high price doesn't always mean quality.

An $80 pair of cargo pants from any one of the surf brand shops will give you shitty quality in materials and workmanship, yet the same $ from a work wear shop will provide you with exceptional levels of these two elements.

The work wear cargos I now buy, if sold in a surf shop, with their brand logo being perhaps 80% of the price, the work cargos would go for around $400.

Then there's the 10 x 40 binoculars I bought many moons ago. The new small chinese company I bought it from when compared to well established brands equalled or surpassed them in quality and specs, and were $100 cheaper.

And how good are these nocs, I can make out sharp edges of the shadows of the larger craters on the moon...a 10 x 40 doing this with something over 380,000 klicks away...outstanding to the point of impossible.

Many moons ago, at a hair dressers, this well to do looking bloke was making an appointment, then one of the lenses to his sunnies fell out onto the floor, he was shocked and remarked in disbelief, " But I paid $350 for these?"

From experience, quality now has to be measured by painstaking research and testing.
The internets one's friend for reading real reviews from purchasers.

Havin' a smoothie, just done 3 cali sets.
Researching "submitting a book manuscript to a publisher"...more work than I imagined...looking forward to the task.
Last 2 weeks focused on the book, no exercise, edit is complete.
Going for a ride as soon as the sun makes an appearance.
Enjoying the cold rides now so as early as possible from now on.
I call it Wim Hof riding,
No need to buy lights just yet though I look forward to night riding in the warmer months now that bike lights are led terrific.
If the rain has finally pissed off might see about installing drivetrain mods on the treadlee over the weekend.
Hopefully weather is good on teusdee so I can ride to and from the mechanics while the ute is in for inspection and repairs.

Initial inspection yesterday at home revealed a clip-on fuel line had worked it's way off at the rear of the tank...looks like a cheap and nasty design, no threaded clamps like fuel lines used to have.
The ute fired up no probs and I've been to the village once to change inspection paramenters with mechanics, smelt fuel as I hit the driveway coming home, so there's still an issue, and it seems the engine mounts are okay, but two mechanics thought the ones back in 2014 were okay too yet both sides were sheared completely in two.
