I apologize if there was already a thread consisting of this in the past. But I just thought I'd create another one just incase anyone would like to share. I'm currently reading "Dangerously Alice" by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor. I have never heard of this book, but I happened to be at the library yesterday in search for a book to read and came across this one. I thought it was a bit "overused plot" but I decided to get it and give it a chance. There's nothing wrong with trying out a book, and if it don't fit, you can always return it. While at the library, I also got a book called "Candy" by Kevin Brooks. I, too, have never heard of this book but, like the first one, decided to give it a chance. My main idea of these books were to read about teenagers (although I still am one) and get other author's perspectives on teenage life, love, troubles, etc. I am currently on writer's block with a story I'm working on and I need to be inspired to continue. So, that is why I got these books. But enough of my babbling... What are you reading???
me reading The Secret now, i watched the movie last year and tried to find the book at home, just this afternoon i found it lol it's a good book, isn't it? xD
