What does the first bold statement mean? Consecrated to be specific.
I think it means both Gods are worshipped, is that right?
I think it means that the Parasurama created and dedicated that many temples to those specific Gods and Goddesses. Do you have any more context?

Strictly consecrated and ordained are not the same… places are consecrated ie designated holy by xyz religion, people and beings are ordained
