I'm a big fan of anime (current obsessions being Hetalia, Keroro Gunso, and Death Note) so I looked up anime girl, and chose the first non-pervy pic I found. I also chose it because I like bunnies and she has bunny ears
I appreciate your avatar picture. I absolutely LOVE Yuki!!! I just recently finished the Fruits Basket anime but I have yet to read the manga. My avatar picture is just a simple picture of books. I guess it's because it symbolizes the fact that I love books, in general?
Mine's from my favourite movie, Jacob's Ladder. This scene is particularly surprising, haunting and beautiful. Really perfect.
My avatar refers to Ron Paul's campaign, for which I do a lot of grassroots work. I love Jacob's Ladder - the hospital scene was way creepy, and most horror scenes don't have the ability to scare like that. I love horror films, but get sick of all the stupid slasher movies about dumb slutty teenagers getting picked off one by one, and really don't like Saw-esque torture porn. Jacob's Ladder is unique, good horror.
I just happened to see that picture of Ichigo when reading Bleach, and just loved the expression... despite that, I don't actually like Bleach. Thought it got boring after the first 100 chapters. But the expression is priceless.
It's a Tiger.... wearing a hat!!! It makes you wonder HOW Mr.Tiger came to be wearing sed hat, and whether he ate the person who put it on his head.
I have another hat, but without a tiger underneath. Consequently, there is no mystery whether the tiger ate the former wearer, or not. The pointy thing on the top would probably have been an inconvenience for any tiger trying to eat its way through, also. In addition, I am not sure whether tigers have a particular preference for a certain type of headgear, so possibly the whole point is moot.
Well, I followed the Fruits Basket example...I had to change my avatar from the books to my favorite character Haru. XD
funk, whenever I see that turtle, I imagine it sneering at me from behind its shell. // My current one features Fan Bing Bing from The Last Night of Madame Chin. I dig the whole 1930's Shanghai style, especially the elegant Qi Pao's and the pin-curls, which is a style I'm trying to revive through my sister's small tailoring shop. But personally, she just has an enigmatic expression captured on camera that goes with the whole "still life" theme. I love photography, and capturing little moments of life, and I felt the cameraman caught her at a very beautiful moment.
Mine is of a couple from the TV miniseries, The 10th Kingdom. The chap, Wolf, is one of my favorite characters in any medium.
