this is impossible, but if you could go back in time or foward i quess, and actually live the life of a charater in a book. who would it be? mine would be allanon from the shannara series.
I have too many actually, but some would be: - Angarred from Daughter of Exile - Frodo from The Lord of the Rings - Rick Deckard from Blade Runner
Living his life would suck. Honestly, I would not want to be any character from any story. They all seem to have such troubled lives, all in the name of a good story with conflict.
Well, Middle Earth would definitely be fun to explore. I'd have to say though that the LA in 2018 looks overcrowded and not like a very nice city.
Ah, Legolas rocks. Shoulda thought of that one. Not sure about Chicago in the future, looked pretty ok. Guess I just like those types of things.
Yeah, most characters in books have a pretty tough time. Although, Legolas didn't have anything bad happen to him in the whole book. It would be pretty awesome to be him.
much as i'm in despair over reality in this human-made world, even if i could, i wouldn't!... unless, of course, i could be the 'god' of genesis, in which case, i'd do it all over and get it right this time!!! ;-)
Oh...Lucy Pevencie... from The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe....I want to experience her belief and innocents...and I would love to meet Aslon.
I dont know... From LotR I'd be Gandalf. From any other story...Schofield maybe of Matthew Riley books? He's awesome.
God, from the old testament. The all powerful, vengeful one. On another note, the character i'd least like to be is Justine, from Justine: Or Conduct Well Chastised. I'm pretty sure she's had the worst life out of any character in any book.
Prob'ly Archchancellor Ridcully of the Unseen University. He's just got it all worked out. Or, even better, the Librarian.
Didn't you learn anything from Bruce Almighty? I wouldn't want to be God, I couldn't handle it. But if you think you're great enough to take care of 6 billion rebellious people....i wish you all the luck in the world. But if you asked me, I'd want to be Atticus from To Kill A Mockingbird.
But of course, if I were God I'd zap 5.99 billion of those people in a second. I'd like to be Sherlock Holmes just to see how his mind works. If I stayed too long in his body Watson would probably stop trusting him, though.
That's true. I think it would be awesome to be God, but I don't think any of us could handle it. That's funny, because I would want to be Scout Finch. We used to have some zebra finches named Atticus and Scout. And now I have a dog named Scout (even thought he's a male, Scout Finch was the inspiration).
I don't think I'd want to be any of the characters I like either. Their lives are so adventurous - which I love reading about, but hate living! I'd be scared out of my mind 90% of the time and running for my life the other 10% of of the time I put on a brave face, but I'm really not that brave!
