    What is a Hack?

    What is your definition of a hack? Who then would you say is a hack writer?

    For me a hack is someone that writes what other people want them to write, I'm used to hearing about hack journalists, not so much writers. I'm pretty much in-line with wikipedia's take on it.

    To me, a hack in the context of fiction writing is just someone who is not very good at writing.
