What sustains you while writing?

For me, it's Diet Coke and biscuits. I don't smoke anymore, but a Japanese pipe used to help. What's your staple?

Coffee and cigarettes when it's day. Beer or whiskey or tsipouro or a mix of stuff and cigarettes when it's night.

 

Tea. A lot of tea.

 

Coffee. It provided a regular excuse to stop writing.
