What would you do with $1million? What about $10 billion?

I know some of the costs were in R&D and thus you'd save money, but the Chunnel cost $21bn to build, and that's only twenty-odd miles.

 

I was gonna say - I think some people are vastly underestimating how much money $10BN is, but others seem to be vastly OVERestimating...

 

$1M - buy around 7 houses that I would rent for $2,000 per month. By the end of the year I can buy the 8th house. Repeat the process and by the end of the first 5 years, I would have 12 houses. Having 12 houses to rent for $2,000 a month would bring $288,000 per year, so I would retire

$10B - I have been scratching my mind for like 5 minutes now but didn't find anything

Yes. Come to think of it, probably cheaper to buy eastern block nukes, and do it that way. ANYTHING to help Africa get it's shit together before they get nukes or any other shit. It's not enough to know what they're doing, gotta do something about it, get things where they need to go without interference.
