Hello from Kentucky. I'm Nicolas Hatcher, Novelist, Larper, Tabletop gamer, video gamer, movie fan, and long time book reader. I got into writing novels, short stories, poems, back stories, complete characters, weapon descriptions, armor, weapon, and gear inscriptions, and so on. I guess you could say I write a little bit of everything, and I got into it when I was in middle school. I'm also a stage actor, improvisational actor, impersonator, and I can do the accents of 12 different countries, along with the voices of several famous actors and other celebrities. I'm currently in the process of writing 9 different novel-length works, though I've been working on some more than others over the past month. Just thought I'd say hi, and give a how do you do.
Is that your real name? You shouldn't use it if it is. It's cool to see an actor. And your diversity of writing is certainly interesting. I wonder how you'll turn out in literary terms. What would a book by you be like? This forum is your life now, btw. There is no escape. Welcome to the madhouse!
A book by me would be full of very gritty action, violence, and some coarse language. It would also feature moments of witty banter, hilarity, and lots of dialogue, either internal, or otherwise, depending on if it were one of my first person novels, or one of my third person novels. I could say more, but I prefer to show, rather than tell. As to my name, I don't mind folks knowing who I am. I'm fairly open about myself. Unless you mean there are specific reasons other than that? In which case, I might change it. Thank you for the welcome.
I have trouble reading small font. I make most of my font large, in order to help others read as well.
