Lol I think every kid tries pet food at some point if there is an animal in the house. I had a dog treat once. It was disappointing; it tasted nothing like bacon, as it claimed.

Though many people consider insects odd fare, actually as much as 80% as the world's population eats insects on a regular basis. (Note these are countries like Africa and Asia.)

They in fact, as you know, give off a foul-smelling odor used to repel potential predators like birds, other bugs, and...

    ...Jonathan Hernandezs.

I ate some sort of pigs head in France. Sure us Germans eat a lot of pig head but we know how to make it stop looking at you first. I've since developed a theory that Local Specialty is actually a poor translation of "Let's see if we can get some stupid tourists to eat this."
Oh, and blood sausage, Haggis and french snails (I aint even going to try to spell that) which are all actually quite tasty. Oh, and raw trout eggs, which taste nothing like good caviar FYI.

I was fond of sucking on my toes when I was little, but I don't know if that counts. . . . Oh, my favorite dish used to be cheetos dipped in caramel apple sauce. It was good.

My half-brother once ate rice krispies & salsa. I don't generally try something unusual, like shrimp and stuff.

The weirdest thing i have eaten and definitely not enjoyed has to be black pudding (blood sausage) and Pork scratching (pork fat, i think) which was surprisingly good..

Pork scratchings are sold in little packets and eaten like crisps in pubs in the UK. Since I don't eat pork I've never tried them, but, yes, they are quite normal things to eat there. Black pudding is usually sliced and fried, and lots of European countries eat some local variation of it.

When I was a kid we used to eat fritada. Whenever we slaughtered a goat the blood was caught in a tub and it was used to boil all the chopped inards (liver, heart, kidneys, spleen) in. Sometimes we would not use the blood and instead chop all the inards up and wrap them in strips of fat, then tie it all up with intestines and roast the whole thing.

In Honduras while in the Army I ate some iguana tamales.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention this... Cow tongue, which is totally not weird for me, but some people seem to have never heard of it...

I have eaten guinea pig and some soup concoction of sheep intestines, didn't like either one even though they some of my traditional foods...but on the other side of the spectrum, steamed corn meal patties or fried ones with some fig syrup is delicious.
