What's going on everybody? I'm pretty pumped that I found this place. I've kind of been dabbling in writing for a long time, but I've never really taken the time to put my thoughts and ideas into a coherent format. Most of my writing up to this point has been technical writing from when I was in school (economics, super fun, I know. So much so that I went back to grad school for it.) and some fantasy stuff for a Dungeons and Dragons group that I run. Over the years, I've developed a few ideas that never manifested into a finished product. Many of my thoughts stem from my studies and career, so the idea of a blog or something along those lines appeals to me. But at the same time, I love all story-telling mediums. Movies, books, games, comics and whatever else is out there. As such, I've cultivated a healthy interest in fiction as well. I don't know what route I'd want to go with this, but I think it would be cool to write a comic book and take it to a convention or something like that. Just wanted to introduce myself. I look forward to reading what you guys put out there and tapping into your minds to help me get my own stuff in a presentable form. And I'll do my best to be helpful to you all as well. Peace out
