My boss finds me a net asset to the company. I guess that's something.

I am but a a court jester that seems to be tolerated around here.
Though IRL I am known to be easy to talk to, and to keep deep
dark secrets due to my lack of not having a need to share such things
    outside of that confidant. :)

I would say it's that I'm genuine in my desire to help those around me. I really love helping make someone else's day that little bit better.

You have many more than that, but I won't hijack this thread by trying to list them. ;)

I am frequently told that I am sweet. It's also been said that I am committed.

That would perhaps be more funny to me if I hadn't been in the past.

My sole redeeming feature? I'm not a complete arsehole all the time...

    This has me thinking...

First, I saw I have more than one, thus it's difficult to answer the question.
I've several to choose from and I regard all of equal value.

Second, was not keen on the adjective, for these two reasons...
    Redeeming:
    - bringing about salvation or redemption from sin.
    - compensating for some fault or defect.

    Then I read this...
    - having desirable or positive qualities especially those suitable for a thing specified.
    ...so I can continue.

While thinking about my positive traits, trying to sort out which was the most beneficial and which I use the most, and not giving too much thought to what family and friends think it is because the answers vary, I considered the concept of Hierarchy, that there may be a singular quality that all the others stem from.

My #1 redeeming feature...a healed Soul.
All my positive triats flow effortlessly from that one aspect.

Sorry in advance, but I just had to be the first to say:

"My shoes have heeled Soles! The local cobbler sees to that!"

There. My reputation is intact. :D

The double-edged sword: Adaptability. Makes any flaw I have magically vanish until I can't blend anymore and have a burning home to deal with.

˜shakes head while chuckling˜ That's a dad joke. Me like.

It depends on if we’re talking about the redeeming feature friends like about you, or the redeeming feature that will save your ass in the end. Those are usually two very different things, so...

Redeeming feature friends like about me: honesty (which could be a double edged sword to some, but if they don’t do honesty they’re not in my list of friends. I cannot stand nor do I tolerate people who only tell me what I want to hear).

Redeeming feature that will save my ass: drive / tenacity.

Edited for typo because my phone is an idiot.

My coworkers and friends think I know everything. They literally tell me "Zoupskim knows everything". My wife gets angry at me, because I offer an answer or comment to every problem or question she has.

I don't know everything. What I do know is a little bit about everything. I make a point to learn about as many subjects and concepts and ideas and dreams that I can, and I instantly read about anything new I hear about.

I'm constantly striving to learn new things and I'm constantly trying to be a better person. I'm not perfect in either regard, but I refuse to be uneducated and I refuse to remain as I am.
