Hi! I've been trying to choose my character's name and now I have 3 variants and can't choose! They are: Zanze (Zan-zee) - first intentioned as a nickname for character named Hosanna but then I actually realized it can be a good name for character on its own. And that's how I came up with the other two, just changed the last letter: Zanzi Zanzu.
Zanzi looks the best one, written down, at least in my opinion. Zanze might be mispronounced as 'Zanz.' Zanzu looks okay, but I don't think it sounds as good when pronounced. Zan Zoo? A bit more of a mouthful.
Zanzi reminds me of the region of Zanzibar, which rolls of the tongue real well. Definitely that one.
I picked Zanzi, mostly because it's... I guess, sharper than the other ones, and would presumably be pronounced the same as Zenze. (Which to me reads more like Zan-zeh.") Less ambiguity that way. Zanzu is a different issue and you should pretty much only pick that if you don't want to go with "Zan-zee."
