So, I have two questions. 1. Where have you been, traveled, or lived? 2. Where do you want and/or plan to go, travel, or live? I haven't been out of the U.S. but I've been to the east coast, west coast, a big chunk of Utah and various places in between. Mammoth cave is awsome, and Arches national park. The San Rafael Swell is just like Moab, except without all the tourists. Someday I hope to visit the north and south poles, the Amazon, Japan, Lake Baikal, England, the Congo, the Danube, the Nile, Lake Titicaca, and various other places. Basically any place in the world sounds cool to me. I think I'll either have to get really rich, or become a photojournalist.
I've been to Florida, Nassua Island, Texas, NM (of course), Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado (just drove through), and Nebraska. My world travel is pretty limited. I don't expect that I'll ever make it out of the southwest. I'm doomed. I'd love to go to Hawaii, New York, England, and Ireland. (edit: Why is your Lake Titicaca not filled with boobs and poop?) I forget what movie that is from....but it's funny!!!
I've been to some parts of my country, most of you won't know them but I'll list them anyway. I've been to my own city Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Chunian, Khewra, Harappa, Swat, Murree and Abbotabad. That's in my country, in conscious mind. When I was a baby my Dad traveled A LOT, so no idea where else my body may have gone. I'm born in a military town Bannu, by the way. Out of country, I've been to Bahrain, my first and by far only trip abroad.
All places I've only heard the names of, if at all Charisma. They must be really cool. I haven't traveled very much, but I really want to. That darn Oreo argument thread ressurected my wanderlust.
I've lost track of exactly how many of the states in the United States I have visited and I think you'd get bored with a list of them all. The company I worked for previous to my current one had a contract to upgrade the computer systems that produce military ID cards and so I got to travel to many bases all over the US. I've been to most major US cities. I went to a mall in Canada across the border near Detroit. The places I enjoyed going to the most with this job was to Panama and Cuba. Of course when I went to Cuba I wasn't allowed off the military base there but the beaches were nice. I've been to Tijuana, Mexico a few times. I've lived in Okinawa, Japan and in the Dominican Republic. I have always dreamed of visiting many places in Europe especially Holland. Since learning Spanish I've wanted to visit Spain more. I always think since my father is from Holland that I can simply claim citizenship in that country and then get a job somewhere in Europe and work there for a few years and that would give me time to see enough of Europe to satisfy me. If I ever get to Europe I will stay with relatives in Holland. I'd also like to visit Germany, Ireland, England, Switzerland, and Portugal. If I ever have plenty of money to spare I will definitely do some traveling.
I have been pretty much everywhere in England (A bit of overstatement but yeah ) I have been pretty spolit for holidays, but my dad was in the Royal Navy for 12 years so he loves to travel. I have been to Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Holland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, America (Florida), Australia, Belgium and Dubai (for a few hours) I want to go to Egypt, Malta, Estonia, Czech Republic and New Zealand. Oh and purely for Archeaology interests : Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Turkey, Greece and Syria. I would like to live pretty much anywhere apart from England hehe. It isnt that bad but I would like to live somewhere else, after I retire from being a Football Referee , like Norway.
Being in the Army, my dad gets around, and of course I get dragged around with him XD. I lived in England for three years, and while there I visited most of Europe for vacations (My mom loved to go sight seeing in europe. Especiall. England, Scottland, and France). Other than that, I've been to nearly every state in the conteniental US at least once. I've lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Kansas, Arizona, and Washington. I've also visited Nova Soctia in Canada, not aht I got to enjoy it much since I was sick at the time (That sucked ). I personnally have no preferance where I live. I'm probably gonna end up somewhere in DC if my dad can help me get a job with the DoD.
I've been all around Minnesota, but I'd want to England. Or Peru. Or France. Or South Korea; those silly foriegn game-enthusiasts...
In order: - Okinawa - Tokyo - Battambong, Cambodia - Phnom Penh, Cambodia - Chiang Mai, Thailand - Bangkok, Thailand - Hawaii - San Jose, California - San Francisco, California - Fresno, California - Los Angeles, California - Catalina Islands - Houston, Texas Beirut. The water looks drinkable. Plus the weather's nice. (There are other reasons that I'm too finger-lazy to type out).
1. Where have you been, traveled, or lived? -Maryland -San Francisco, CA -Wildwood, NJ (lived there) -Northern Georgia -Cancun, Mexico -Toronto, Canada -Niagara Falls, New York/Canada -Vienna, VA -Washington DC -Memphis, TN 2. Where do you want and/or plan to go, travel, or live? Oh god, I don't know if I could name all the places... -Italy -Ireland -Greece -Egypt -Japan -Hawaii -New Zealand -India -China That's just a few, off the top of my head.
1. Where have you been, traveled, or lived? -Most of my own country, Venezuela. -Cancun, Mexico. -New Orleans, LA. -Miami, FL. -Houston, Texas. -Rome, Italy. -Budapest, Hungary. -Berne, Switzerland. -Vienna, Germany. 2. Where do you want and/or plan to go, travel, or live? Boston.
A little ways into Ontario, Canada (years ago--not anymore), a little ways into Mexico (ditto), and to Texas and Georgia. That's about it. I only went to the latter three because we were visiting relatives, and in the former all we visited was a mall. I live in northern Michigan and always have. I'd like to go lots of places though strangely most of them are not too far away, in Michigan. I'd love visiting lots of parks, nature areas, things like that. (I do not want to go overseas.) Unfortunately even the sites in Michigan are too far away for us to afford. It costs over a hundred dollars now just to drive to a bigger city about 2-1/2 hours away. Plus my parents are always busy and don't like to travel unless it's to meet relatives; they don't see the appeal in visiting nature areas. So I just stay home.

Where do you want and/or plan to go, travel, or live? anywhere but the planet earth! [as long as it didn't have to involve mankind's primitive space travel, or be anywhere the human species can reach]
In Canada I've been to Toronto, Vancouver (all of one day in the city and two days in the airport), and Ottawa. I've also traveled across half the country by bus, but I didn't stop anywhere for more than an hour until we hit Vancouver so that doesn't really count. In the US I've been to Florida, and Michigan. And in China I've been to Shanghai, Beijing (not for the Olympics), Nanjing (I currently live there), Hua'an City (a small city of 4 million people), and two other cities I cannot spell the name for. I want to visit Mongolia, Mexico (to see the ruins), Cambodia (also to see the ruins), Japan, South Korea, most of Europe, the wilds of Africa, Australia, the Middle East, Argentina, New Zealand, Brazil (mostly to see the rainforest), all the rest of Canada, and a few other places that catch my eye. I like to travel, now that I have the money I plan on traveling.
Let's see...I have lived in the following places... Jacksonville, Florida (Home ) Kissimmee, Florida Murphy, North Carolina (The Mountains) Fayetteville, North Carolina Virgina (It was beautiful in the Spring) Michigan (my daddy lives there) Minot, North Dakota (Three Years of Heaven on Earth) Montana (I saw wild horses run the plains, that is my favorite memory) Texas (two weeks of unbearable heat) I would love to visit... ~Maine ~New Mexico ~Utah ~Italy ( I would love to stay in a little villa along the country side) ~Ireland (To see my family) ~Australia
I was born in Greece. A few years ago when I was thirteen I moved to California and have lived in California for a while. I visited my grandparents in Colorado. And I want to got Japan.
I've been to Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, and the US (road trip to random places in California). I want to visit France, England, and Japan; I want to live in Las Vegas or L.A. ;]
I've only ever lived in England (in the North West, and now in the South). But I've thusfar travelled to Scotland, Wales, France, the US (California, specifically), Singapore, and Australia (New South Wales, Northern Territories and Queensland). I'd love to see the rest of Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Spain (Barcelona, in particular), Russia, and China (I'd actually like to take the Trans-Siberian Railway over to Vladivostok, then go south to China). It's actually from Scrubs- the episode where the Janitor is pretending to be German.
I've been to a few places around Australia, but never out of it. Dream destinations include: Africa (various places) China/Hong Kong Japan Ireland
Because of the mythology, beautiful scenery, and the fact that some of my favourite writers were Irish. Also, I have friends over there.
Ok family/friends I can see why I just don't see Ireland as a great place to go to for a proper holiday. But hey opinions etc, I guess most people wouldnt want to go to some of mine, like Syria/Iraq!!
